Ingredients
1 lb Olive & Cucina wedge-cut potatoes
1 onion cut in strips
Kalamata olives, pitted
Lump of butter
Pepper
Anchovies to taste

Preparation
Melt butter in pan and add onions, olives and Olive & Cucina potatoes. Sauté and add pepper and anchovies to taste.
